At Quo Vadis, We believe in empowering young individuals to explore their passions, develop esssential skills, and make a positive impact in their communities. The Quo Vadis Youth Hub was founded by His Grace Most Rev. Archbishop Anthony Muheria. The hub aims to bring out the potential in youth while offering them expert support along the way.

Our Mission:

Our vision:

To be the leading platform for youth development and engagement, fostering a generation of confident, resilient, and socially responsible leaders.

Why QUO VADIS YOUTH HUB?

  • Quo Vadis Youth Hub seeks to become a fully compliant digital state-of-the-art facility, for conferencing, connectivity and leadership programs.
  • We have greatly focused on increasing the capacity of young people to handle life challenges as well as in terms of giving them motivation to continue doing the best they can in the responsibilities that they have been assigned.
  • The Quo Vadis Youth Hub has collaborated with the Good Shepherd Mental Health Program to offer counseling services. The Youth Hub connects young people in need, with professional counselors from Good Shepherd, who assist them in coping with their challenges
  • The Youth Hub provides a platform where young people get older individuals that direct them on how to become the best versions of themselves as well as have positive role models in their fields of interest.
  • The Quo Vadis Youth Hub is focused on the empowerment of the young people in the Archdiocese of Nyeri. One of the ways that the hub can achieve this empowerment is by helping the young people come up with ideas to solve various problems in the society as well as develop the ideas that they already have to a point of success.

The Dream

What drives transformation, innovation and great revolutions in the world are dreams. Naturally, young people harbor great dreams of great achievements. The achievement of these great dreams often depend on those who accompany these young people to the future. Quo Vadis envisages a dream that transforms the youth of Nyeri and beyond; reaching the minds and the hearts of the youth. What we wish to accomplish is to create a true hub and epicenter for all round empowerment of youth, through mentorship and connectivity. We believe in instilling the powerful enabler of values and value system. We aim to be a catalytic center, to create many opportunities for youth to dream and realize their dream, to build leadership and give hope to as many youth as possible in Nyeri and Laikipia Counties, and in Kenya! To achieve this dream, we have initiated programs that try to bridge the gap between the status quo and the dream that we hold in our hearts. Our efforts continue being gradual and we target technology and digital connectivity as our accelerator! For the Quo Vadis Youth Hub, our dream lies in reaching in the minds and the hearts of the youth. The Quo Vadis Youth Hub, a brainchild of the Archbishop of Nyeri, Most Rev. Anthony Muheria, stands out as an epicenter and a true hub for this dream to be achieved in Nyeri and beyond. We are convinced that the youth are the future and the future is now! The hub provides a place where the thirst of the young people is quenched; the thirst for the greatness and success. A center that a youth can achieve values and skills. A place that the youth can get direction in various sectors of their lives. The youth hub is a Safe Space and a Powerhouse; A Safe Space where the youth interact with other youth from diverse backgrounds and a Powerhouse where young people enhance diverse skills and qualities and reach out to youth in places far and wide.

The Seed

Quo Vadis, the concept was launched in October 2020 with a goal of providing a home for the young people in the Archdiocese of Nyeri; a place that they can come learn, express themselves, get educated and share their knowledge with other young people. From the official opening and blessing on 23rd July 2021 to date, Quo Vadis Youth Hub has reached more than 50,000 young people in the parishes, schools and communities. In order to achieve these numbers and impact, Quo Vadis Youth Hub has worked with a range of partners to ensure the success of these programs
