The bodaboda associate program involves a training program for the bodaboda associates where they learn essential skills and gain knowledge that they can apply in the services that they offer. The ADN Youth Office started working with the bodaboda associates in the year 2020 where it coordinates activities through the sub-county leaders of the bodaboda association. The goal of the program is to form the bodaboda associates in Nyeri County, and, therefore, to foster better relations between the riders and the people they interact with.

 Through the program, about 500 bodaboda riders in Nyeri have been introduced to a new perspective on how best to work and be the best in what they do.
