OBJECTIVE
This program includes a significant amount of informal transmission of knowledge, social capital, and the psychosocial support. Mentors are role models, coaches, acquaintances, and guiding lights who will play an important role in assisting the youth in improving their neighborhoods, strengthening their leadership skills, and becoming global citizens. The purpose of the Mentor/Mentee relationship is for both parties to benefit from each other's knowledge and experience.
