YOUTH IN PARISHES

The Archdiocese of Nyeri has 8 deaneries which are further divided into parishes. All the deaneries are unique and so are the parishes. There are youth groups in all the parishes and all the young people participate in various activities that help them grow individually as well as in groups. The archdiocese of Nyeri Youth department has over 10000 young people from parishes who registers annually. We have a range of programs some of which are ran at Parish Level, Deanery Level and Diocese Level. 

At Diocese level, we have Palm sunday, where the Mass is Celebrated By His Grace Anthony Muheria, Mega walk, Challenge week, Leadership training among others. 

On a monthly basis, we always share the expected activities to be practised at the Parish level. This acts as a reminder to the parishes for the youth activities set for young people.
